The Young Ones
happened to be boliao
went yahoo search for
something everybody has
but has lost with time
"ronin warriors"
"transformers"
these are my all time favourite
even until now
each picture seen just draws back awesome memories
n even now when i look at them
i still do try to recall the story line
n some traits of each character
funny y i would suddenly find such things in exam period
in any case, these pics of magical n robotic figures r here to stay
all around my blog
or rather
deep inside my heart

changes r good. adapting to changes is a skill.
but this time, the change is to a mass of over 5000 people, involved,
and those used to be involved
concern is everywhere
the blood is hot n boiling
but the top doesn't bother
at least they din do their best to get those, who want to, be involved
He said this is a company
an organisation where the top personnels make important decisions
like for example, the name of the sch
of cos, this is the most efficient method
i mean imagine a business company wasting precious time drafting surveys n seeking opinions
there's not gonna be profitable
but well, i c a businessman in Him
but this is a educational INSTITUTION (they themselves claim)
yet He says it's a company
this is a place where not only current people are concerned
a place where pple working in the society, pple once belonging to this COMPANY
have feelings towards
this is not a time to be 100% rational
this is a school, where a sense of belonging lingers
n hence a place where u have to make decisions 60% rationally, 40% emotionally
He wanna work as a company, go be CEO of some industry
go quit His current job
OUR organisation is goin thru transition
lot of factors needs to be considered
changes have to be dealt with
while traditions have to be preserved
but how do u feel safe
with a leader who closes His ears to concerns of the lower hierachy
n avoid (or maybe doesn't really understand) the questions of the mass population
maybe they tot 200+ voters were a good representation of the mass population
of let's say, more than 5000?
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
they've got a good sense of humour
we weren't trying to overwrite democracy (which He implied)
in fact, we want more of it
along with transparency
which He tried hard to ingrain into us
u c, surveys have been done to us
"rank the canteen stalls according to ur preferences"
"what new stalls do you propose to have in the canteen"
for many times
but y is it tt
when it comes to asking opinions abt the proposed names
or at least casting a simple vote
seems like conquering Mount Everest
or maybe the number of students, somehow, is hard to handle this time
but i bet they must be thinking tt the number of teachers in the school is so much more than students
so much tt the teachers needn't be consulted
y r we told to uphold democracy
but not given the chance to vote
y r we told tt transparency is in the air
but haven't got any idea wad is goin on up there
some must be wondering
wad's the fuss over the name
it's just a name after all
well, just imagine ur parents changing ur name one day
without asking u ANYTHING abt it
feels good?
i wonder
n the issue is not only abt the name
it's abt how those supposedly involved
are actually made to be involved
for your info
currently, we're only involved in releasing ballons in the auditorium
on the day a vip makes us a visit
on the special day of the sch
wad a waste!
they should have looked for primary sch kids
they could have done a better job then us institution students
who aren't matured enough evn to voice constructive opinions
sigh... wrong decision to have told us to release those things
irony comes
when one have faith in a religion
but not in the ONE of tt religion
support will definitely be everywhere for the SCHOOL
meanwhile, i'm waiting for a day He proves He's worth OUR support
